THE GUARANTEES
Every agency will build you a site, take your money and wish you luck. We'd rather put something at risk. Here are both guarantees in full — including the fine print, because fine print you can't find isn't a guarantee.

If your website doesn't generate at least one genuine job enquiry within 90 days of going live, we rebuild it from scratch free of charge and keep working until it does.
A real prospective customer contacting you about work, through your website. That means a form submission, a tracked phone call from the site, or an email that came from the site.
What doesn't count: spam, bots, sales pitches, recruiters, or enquiries from people who already knew you and would have called you anyway. We're guaranteeing that the website brings you strangers, not that your mates can find your phone number.
All of these have to be true. They exist because each one is something that, if it doesn't happen, makes the outcome impossible for us to influence:
A complete rebuild at no cost, and we keep working until you get an enquiry. The remedy is work, not a refund — we'd rather fix the problem than pay you to go away.
Your website will be live within 7 working days of your kickoff call. If we miss that deadline without giving you at least 48 hours' notice, we credit NZ$200 against your invoice.
It runs on working days — weekends and New Zealand public holidays don't count. It pauses while we're waiting on you: if we're sitting on your photos or your copy approval, those days aren't ours.
That's the only fair way to run a fixed timeline, and it's why the 5-working-day approval condition exists on both guarantees. It's not a loophole to wriggle out through — it's the thing that lets us promise seven days at all.
Because most agencies can't. An agency building a restaurant site one week and a law firm the next is starting from zero every time — they can't predict the outcome well enough to underwrite it.
We only build for tradies. We know what a plumber's customer searches for, what a sparkie's enquiry form needs to ask, and which suburb pages actually pull work. That narrowness is what makes the risk calculable, and a calculable risk is one you can guarantee.
The honest version: we're a new business, and we're buying our reputation with this. If the guarantee costs us money on the first ten builds, that's the price of proof — and it's a better use of the money than buying ads that claim the same thing.
Being straight about the edges matters more than a bigger promise:
Both guarantees are set out in full in our Terms of Service, and the price they attach to is on the pricing page.
