The fees are on this page, in public, at 2pm and at 2am. If you're standing in water right now, skip to the bottom of this page — then call.

Call right now, any hour: a burst pipe you can't isolate, water coming through a ceiling or light fitting, sewage backing up into the house, no water at all, or a gas smell (leave the house first, then call from outside).
It can wait until morning — and cost you less: a dripping tap, one slow drain, a toilet that still flushes with a bucket, a relief valve dribble. We'll book you the first business-hours slot and you keep the after-hours fee in your pocket. We tell you this on the phone too.
| When | Callout + first half hour |
|---|---|
| Weekdays 7am–6pm | $120 |
| Evenings 6pm–10pm & Saturday | $190 |
| Overnight 10pm–7am, Sunday & public holidays | $240 |
Then standard hourly rates — the same rates day or night — plus parts. Quoted on the phone before the van moves, every time.
While the van is moving
Find the toby — the small lid at your front boundary — and turn the valve clockwise. Can't budge it? There's usually a second valve where the pipe enters the house.
If water is anywhere near wiring or light fittings, flip the affected circuits off at the switchboard. Don't stand in water to do it.
An outside tap or laundry tap on the ground floor drains the pipes and takes the pressure off the leak fast.
You'll get the on-call Certifying Plumber, a fee, and an arrival window inside two minutes.
