Projects

The middle of the job matters more than the photo at the end

Anyone can photograph a finished kitchen. What tells you whether to trust a builder is what the site looked like in week six — so each project here shows the process, not just the reveal.

Villa renovation mid-project with exposed framing

St Albans villa — structural opening

Mid-project. Original rimu framing exposed, new steel portal in, everything braced and dry before the weekend. The drop sheets stay down and the site gets swept every night — how a site is kept is how a job is run.

Finished kitchen extension with oak joinery

Halswell kitchen extension — handover

Finished. 34m² extension: oak joinery, stone bench, sliders to the north lawn. Fixed price held; the one variation (client-requested skylight) was priced and signed before the saw came out.

New cedar-clad home at dusk with native planting

Lincoln new build — complete

Finished. Three bedrooms, vertical cedar, hardwood deck. Consent to Code Compliance Certificate in nine months, with the council inspections passed first time.

What every job includes

Process. A walk-through at framing stage, on every project — it's the last cheap moment to move a wall, a window or a powerpoint, and clients always change something.

References from past clients available on request — we'd rather you rang a real person than read a quote we chose ourselves.

Want to see a Framewright site in person?

By arrangement, we'll walk you through a current project — tidy site, named crew, no staging.
